Description:
Job Summary: We seek a motivated Research Associate to conduct experiments, analyze data, and prepare reports in a fast-paced lab environment.
Key Responsibilities: Perform patient analysis using LC/MS/MS and PCR instruments. Process samples, extract DNA/RNA, and analyze nucleic acids. Ensure lab compliance with CLIA, COLA, and CAP standards. Maintain, troubleshoot, and calibrate lab equipment. Conduct research, validate new methods, and document findings.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field. Experience in research, data analysis, and lab techniques. Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
